2. Payment Policy

1. Customers must pay 50% advance of the total tour cost at the time of booking.

2. Remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the travel date.

3. Booking confirmation will be processed only after receiving the advance amount.

4. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or credit card.

5. In case of cheque payment, booking will be confirmed only after cheque clearance.

6. Delay in payment may lead to automatic cancellation of the booking.

7. Prices may change due to revisions in airfare, hotel rates, transport charges, or taxes.

3. Last Minute Booking / High Season Policy

• For high-season dates such as New Year, long weekends, and urgent bookings, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

• High-season bookings are fully chargeable and non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

2. Cancellation charges applicable:

   • More than 30 days before travel: 10% deduction

   • 15–30 days before travel: 25% deduction

   • Less than 7 days before travel: 100% cancellation (no refund)

3. No refund for no-show, late arrival, or unused services.

4. Approved refunds may take 7–14 working days to process.

5. For flight/train bookings, airline/railway cancellation rules apply separately.

6. Last-minute and high-season bookings are non-refundable.

5. General Terms

1. The agency acts as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for delays, natural calamities, accidents, or issues caused by third-party vendors.

2. Travellers must carry valid ID proof and follow all government travel guidelines.

3. Itinerary may change due to weather conditions, traffic issues, or operational constraints.

4. Any additional services requested by the traveller will be chargeable separately.

6. GST Policy

1. GST paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

2. GST on hotels is charged as per room tariff (per night):

   • 5% GST — Room tariff ₹1,001 to ₹7,500

   • 18% GST — Room tariff above ₹7,500

3. GST on vehicles/transport: 5% GST applicable on cab/bus bookings.

4. For combined holiday packages (Hotel + Transport + Meals):

   • 5% GST is charged on total package value.

7. Important Notes

• Rates are not valid for blackout dates, special events, or peak seasons.

• Early check-in is subject to availability and hotel policy.

• All quoted rates are net and non-commissionable.

• Vehicle AC will operate only while the vehicle is running.

• Any change in hotel/transport/itinerary may result in price variation.
