Cancellation Policy – Namo Kashi Tours

At Namo Kashi Tours, we strive to provide the best travel experience for our customers. However, we understand that unexpected situations may require cancellations. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling a tour package and the refund process.

1. Cancellation by the Traveler

If you wish to cancel your tour package, the following cancellation charges will apply based on when the cancellation request is received:

  • The cancellation request must be sent via email or WhatsApp to our official contact details.
  • Cancellations are processed only during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM).
  • If a customer decides to shorten the tour after it has started, no refund will be provided for unused services.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 working days after the approval of the cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Any bank/payment gateway charges incurred during the transaction will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • In case of bookings made through third-party platforms (like travel agencies or OTAs), customers must refer to their respective cancellation policies.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If a traveler fails to appear for the tour on the scheduled departure date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.
  • If the traveler is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., flight/train delays), Namo Kashi Tours will try to accommodate changes, subject to availability. Additional costs may apply.

4. Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances

If a tour is affected due to natural calamities, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, the following terms will apply:

  • Instead of cancellation, customers will be offered a rescheduling option for the next available date.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund may be provided after deducting non-recoverable expenses.
  • In cases where the company must cancel the tour due to such events, a full refund will be given, excluding taxes and service fees.

5. Cancellation by Namo Kashi Tours

We reserve the right to cancel a tour under the following circumstances:

  • Insufficient Bookings: If the minimum number of travelers required for a group tour is not met.
  • Operational Issues: Unexpected circumstances that prevent us from executing the tour.
  • Government Regulations: If travel restrictions or permits are not granted.

In such cases, customers will be offered:

  • A 100% refund of the package amount.
  • The option to reschedule the tour at no extra cost.

6. Travel Insurance & Liability

  • We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of belongings.
  • Namo Kashi Tours is not responsible for any financial loss due to last-minute cancellations, airline disruptions, or personal emergencies.
