Welcome to Namo Kashi Tours! We request all travelers to read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a tour package. By booking a tour with us, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

• To confirm a booking, travelers must pay 25% of the total package cost as an advance at the time of booking.
• 50% of the total package cost must be paid at least 1 day before the trip starts.
• The remaining 25% must be paid within 7 days after the trip ends.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or cash (as applicable).
• Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the booking without a refund.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your tour package, the following refund policy will apply:

• Cancellation requests must be made via email or WhatsApp to our official contact.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 working days after cancellation approval.
• If the booking was made through a third party (travel agents, OTAs), their cancellation policy will apply.

3. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

• If a traveler fails to join the tour on the scheduled date without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be given.
• In case of flight/train delays, we will try to accommodate changes, but additional charges may apply.

4. Force Majeure (Unavoidable Circumstances)

In case of natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government restrictions, the following will apply:

• Instead of cancellation, travelers may reschedule the tour to a later date.
• If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund may be provided after deducting non-recoverable costs.

5. Cancellation by Namo Kashi Tours

• We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to:
  • Operational reasons (e.g., vehicle breakdown, insufficient bookings).
  • Government restrictions or permits not granted.
• In such cases, customers will receive:
  • A 100% refund of the package cost.
  • An option to reschedule the tour at no extra charge.

6. Responsibilities & Liabilities

• Namo Kashi Tours is responsible for providing the services listed in the tour package.
• We are not responsible for personal losses, medical emergencies, theft, or any unexpected events during the trip.
• We strongly recommend travel insurance for added security.
