1. Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Full payment must be made before the commencement of the tour/service.

3. Pricing Policy

• All prices are quoted in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors beyond our control (fuel price hikes, tax changes, etc.).

4. Responsibilities

• Namo Kashi Travel Agency acts as an agent between the client and service providers.

• We are not responsible for any delay, injury, loss, or damage caused by natural calamities, accidents, strikes, or government policies.

5. Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, necessary travel documents, and following local rules and regulations.

• Any behavior causing damage or inconvenience to others will lead to immediate termination of services without any refund.

6. Liability

• We strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

• However, Namo Kashi Travel Agency will not be held liable for circumstances beyond our control.
